  • If I could give it zero stars I would ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND DID I MENTION HORRIBLE. Everything is cheaply put together in the apartment, maintenance sucks, appliances suck, they don't keep their complex clean, especially the complex on the other side of the street, it's completely NEGLECTED! Soooo damn dirty! There's shit, trash, and bugs everywhere. Pool area is dirty as hell and nothing works. It's actually really sad how much these people on the other side pay and they get treated like complete SHIT! Office does nothing but lie when you tell them something needs to be fixed or clean; "oh I'll let so and so know to come clean it or look at it." BULLSHIT...... and whoever they are hiring to clean, paint, repair the apartments is garbage. They need to hire some new people who know what they're doing because when we moved in everything we touched broke. Ohh and our washer flooded out the apartment! They need a new pool guy for the other complex as well, not one that comes every once a year, because the pool and pool area is dirty af, furniture is broken (great way for a law suit soon) and bugs and trash EVERYWHERE. Jacuzzi doesn't work. The front office complex is kept up so well, so when they do tours people think it looks amazing but go to there complex across the way and guarantee you'll say FUCK THAT And leave..... Trust me I'm saving you from lots of regret with this review....you're welcome..... oh and corporate don't reply to this with your bullshit ass "I'm sorry your experience has been horrible, we will improve and blah blah blah bullshit" just go clean and fix the apartments, especially the other side the right way....
