| - This operation will be investigated & reported to the America Veterinarian Board for negligence, lack of compassion, care, diagnosis, & treatment. They want thousands of dollars for playing a guessing game, keeping my Maltese for a week, With no answers & only saw two different Veterinarians 3 Times out of 8 days I was there to visit! The other nights, they call you on the phone while you are sitting in the waiting room from 30-50 minutes& will not face you in person! How unprofessional They gave him meds, blood work ups & two ultrasounds! No answer in regards to diagnosis except high blood levels involving the liver & kidney.
Basically, they could not come up with a diagnosis & offered no treatment except giving him 7 medications!
No wonder why he does not have an appetite!
Furthermore, I haven't ever seen the tests & results! I am requesting his complete file & ultrasound X-rays!
I know he has a heart & pulmonary condition which was stable & is 15 1/2 years old, but he has been a fighter & had lots of spunk! Question? Why did they credit me the last ultrasound? I never asked for a credit! Why on the last visit, a so called nurse came out with my dog & a bill in the folder with a paper stating he has pancreatitis & the nurse never said that, discussed it or offered any treatment. It's all about money! They call & hound you every couple of days for payment! They are not a Better Business member. See Channel 13 news on June 12,2017 about them being investigated for a simple procedure that went terribly wrong & the cold, callous statement made by VECC.
