Could be the worst managed situation I've ever seen. Was late night 4am , on a Wednesday, I'm craving a bowl of Pho. Host takes my name , adds to list , party of ONE. I SEE AN OPEN TABLE WITH ONE CHAIR. I patiently wait for 12 minutes while only one other party, four people were sat, in this time span. There's still about 5 groups ahead of me waiting for a table. All parts of 3/ 4 people. I politely ask the host if I can have that open table for ONE , the small table with only one chair at it. He said I have to wait for my manager to give the go ahead to seat people. I ask the manager if I could sit there and order as its only me. He said no I have to wait , there's people ahead of me. I explained the other parties are of 3-4 people , and they would not even be using the ONE TOP TABLE. He said no I have to wait. At this rate I would probably be waiting at least another 30 minutes to be sat. Unacceptable ! I scan the dining room and there were plenty of tables open to accommodate everyone that was waiting in the lobby. At least get the customers in the seat and beverages as opposed to waiting in the lobby area and outside. Obviously no confidence in their waitstaff to handle a little pressure of a busy dining room floor. Sad to say but you've lost a customer , will take business and recommend business down the street to Viet Noodle Shop. Hope management gets a clue on how to run the dining room floor. Pathetic
