  • While shopping in the Chinook Centre Tiffany store, I overheard a woman asking about exchange or credit on a ring she had purchased/received a couple of years ago that she had never worn, which no longer fit and could not be resized. The male sales clerk shrugged and said sorry but there was nothing he could do for her, then, once the customer had left the store, proceeded to mock the woman while recounting her request to a female sales clerk. All of this within earshot of me, browsing a display case just a few feet away. Stay classy, Tiffany.
