  • Horrible customer service all the way around. I will never buy anything from someone who will admit that they can't possibly know the warranty information from the tire manufacturers THEY represent and it's not there job to know it. Then what exactly is your job? Also saw an elderly gentleman get turned away five minutes before close on a Saturday. I get that it's a weekend but seriously. Stay open an extra 20-30 to help a customer out. I should of know what kind of operation they run when I saw this.
