  • I was looking for a new stylist.. a friend recommended a nearby salon that was full, so I tried here. I booked a last minute appointment with Jay, and it's a few weeks later but I'm so pleased with the results. The experience in the salon was great - for someone who is VERY nervous going to new places, and almost never happy with a haircut, I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend this place to anyone. Most importantly - Jay listened me! I didn't feel blown off, or uncomfortable at all, but but also was not too hesitant to offer his opinion and advice on how what not to do and how to help me improve the condition/appearance of my hair. I'm confident that he would have only taken off why I initially suggested, but he recommended what I needed to cut, and weeks later, in so happy with it. It still feels like it was just cut, but I have all the length I want. It's more manageable than it's been in a couple of years... im not sure if it's the cut or product, but I went out after an purchased some products based on his recommendation... and either way, I'm better off after his services. Really lovely place. Lovely people. Very reasonable price. Great skill. The biggest thing - I really felt comfortable here. If you're looking for somewhere new, I strongly recommend you give Lola a try.
