  • I want to know what is the purpose of making appointments when you still have to wait for everyone else that is there that didn't make an appointment. This is the BEST way to create bad relations with the public. I guess due to the fact we have to be here gives the company to right treat people rudely and disregard if we took the time to do as ask be the company. This is terrible. I feel for the elderly that this is really difficult for. DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.
