  • So while others may be shocked by my low ratings, we had a new AC installed in 2011. I found out they never filed the warranty with the manufacturer. During another project my then contrator found debris in my attic including empty soda containers and hamburger wrappings. We recently had an issue and they came out and quoted $2500 to replace warranty parts. We called our home warranty company who disputed their findings (no motor replacement necessary, no indoor coil, no condesor fan motor, etc.) and they fixed the issue by tweaking some setting. Seriously??
