rev:text	I was SO excited for this show. I live in Las vegas now (moved from Canada) and my sister and her husband were in town for the week visiting and we wanted to go see something! I loved Penn & Teller and had heard that David Copperfield was even better. NOT SO! Two of his tricks didn't even work, one was a balloon that should have popped. We were close enough to see the smoke that should have popped it.. and even it it worked, its not that good a trick! More than 50% of the show was completely self indulgent - it was about his father, how he missed him, his childhood, how he missed that, and way too much about an alien who met his father and learned from him. None of these stories had anything to do with the tricks. We paid $391 for 4 tickets then $45 for 4 tiny glasses of wine once we got there. Rip off. I have loved every other show I have seen while I have lived in Vegas, go see Absynthe or any cirque de soleil. You can find cheaper tickets and they are 100x better.
