  • So for me, just drinking espresso over ice with a touch of cream is pretty basic, and CP does a solid job at serving a good espresso. I like when even though their not Starbucks, the barrista tried to make my fiancee an equivalent of an iced mocha fufu thing. I'll give him an A for effort and probably a B+ for taste but it was nice to hear someone have some passion that you'll get something good. Enjoyed the ambiance which is spacious and the music in the background ( 80's to 90's ) provided good background noise so it wasn't a library. I'd support CP since their an independent business competing against a few corporate giants in the field. And the fact they have good coffee!!!
