First of all when I purchased my vehicle on August 5 it was raining. Ashley told me to bring it in another day to get it detailed and for the inconvenience she would gas up my car. When I called her on my day off to get these things done she told me she cannot do those things until I fill out my survey and then I have to give her a truly exceptional. I do not appreciate that kind of business . I work in customer service and I would never tell my customers that. I understand the survey is important but you should not holding over the customers head like that. Please let her know that is very inappropriate and not professional. Thank you
