  • Home owners be aware before selecting Shaffer & Son's for your AC and Heating needs. Placed 3 calls to this company and did not receive any return calls. On the last occasion, I spoke to the company owner (Amy) who indicated she would call the following morning. Unfortunately that didn't happen. BOTTOM LINE: IF THE OWNER IS NOT COMMITTED TO THIS BUSINESS, THEN WHO IS?
