  • First, I'd like to say that I have been a customer with Freeway Chevrolet for about 3 years now and in that time I have purchased 3 vehicles (one outright with no tradein). Second, as much as I have had good experiences with every department there (parts people are extremely helpful and always smiling, service dept. bends over backwards to take care of any issues as soon as they can, etc.), the number one reason I keep going back is my sales girl - Kenya! She is the best! She works her butt off to get the best rates, she never BS's me and I know that I can rely on her to have my best interests in mind... I know that sounds a little too good to be true, but if it wasn't I wouldn't keep going back :) I know some people have had less than perfect experiences at this dealership (I've read their reviews) but I am not one of those people - and in all fairness, nobody's perfect. But IMHO this dealership comes the closest. Kenya, "thank you!" for being the best sales person I've ever worked with :)
