  • Now I understand why this business is marked "Fast Responder" on Yelp. I reached out for a quote, describing what I'm looking for, and the reply I got was a period. Literally "." What a bad way to treat potential clients. Even if you're not interested in the business, at least come up with a courteous response. Moving on.
