The 5 stars is for Mike Moore & the service department, who always picks up the slack for the sales department. I was out of there pretty quickly, they had free wifi and Mike did a great job answering the questions I had. This was my first service appointment.
The sales department on the other hand, horrible experience buying the vehicle. The bald floor manager in sales was horrible to deal with and we felt pressured into buying a vehicle he said 'everything' was covered on through this maintenance plan, even a brake fluid flush (which is not & everything is not covered)...the guy is dishonest and shady. I love Toyota and know you can get a much better buying experience elsewhere, I kick myself for not going to Penske Toyota.
