  • The Chrome Hearts brand is awesome and they have amazing clothing. We literally have spent thousand of dollars at the Chrome Hearts stores. However at the Chrome Hearts store in the Forum Shops the security guards are beyond rude. When we were in the store I was on my phone texting and a female security guard comes up behind me and screams no pictures literally 5 times. Now like I said keep in mind I was texting. The point is she was beyond rude, there is a way to talk to your customers and a way not to. They need to do a serious valuation of who they hire and the way they speak to people. I was going to buy a few things during my last visit however I didn't simply because the staff was so rude. If you want to go into a store and get mistreated and disrespected this is definitely the place to go. It's a shame that they allow their staff to treat people this way.
