  • I had booked and pre-paid for 2 massages 3 months in advance and got a call the day of our appointment (4 hours before we were scheduled) saying that they had to cancel on us. This is the second time they have cancelled our appointments. They said one of the massage therapists couldn't come in and the next available time for our massages was over a month out. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.
