  • Oh boy where to start with this place...DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I started with a pedicure while my old gel manicure was wrapped to soak off during the pedicure. I showed the nail tech a picture of the purple color I wanted. From there I picked the closest color on the sample gel chart they have. My pedicure (filing and trimming) was ok but when she finished painting my toe nails I looked down and was very disappointed with how sloppy it looked. There was little bits of polish all over my toes and the polish on my toes was smudged and see through in places. I pointed this out to her and she then hastily took a brush and dabbed some of the spots. She started to ask me to get up and I asked her "do I not get a top coat over the polish". She then said "oh yeah for you anything" and proceeded to do a half swipe of top coat over each toe. Moving on to the manicure. She went to town filing my nails and trimming my cuticles. Unfortunately, she cut two of my fingers' cuticles to the point they were bleeding and I had to ask her to apply antiseptic. She simply replied "sorry" and put a couple drops on. After that she started the polish, well 2 coats in and I told her the color is not at all the purple we picked out. It was red as red can be. She said its because the color was "old". She then brought the samples and suggested another purple. At this point I just wanted to get out of there so I said that's fine to the color she picked. When I left I was still charged full price ($55) and offered no further apology. Also, while I was there multiple other customers where complaining about their services multiple times throughout their appointments. To be honest it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Oh, also a girl came in and asked to have her upper lip waxed. Am employee literally sat her in the chair at the front door and waxed her lip right there at the door. Very unprofessional atmosphere coupled with very poor service. This is probably the worst mani/pedi I've had, and I've had some doozies. Pictures below .....
