  • This hotel's location is perfect for all your needs! Yes, it is located among many night clubs and bars but it's also close to the convention center, CN tower, the ballpark, a drug store, restaurants, and queen street. Every thing is within walkable distance. The concierge checked us in quickly and our car was valeted even quicker. Service was friendly and efficient. we did have some problems with keys not working multiple times but they were helpful in getting the matter fixed. I felt very safe staying here. You need a key to enter the building after hours which is comforting since the night club scene is literally next door. The noise was not a problem for me as others have mentioned, we were on the 7th floor. The lobby is small but it was clean and still very nice. THe rooms are a good size, plenty of space and the bathroom was also spacious. The cleaning crew was very accommodating, nice, and did a great job! i really have no complaints about this hotel other than the valet parking is a bit steep, but it's unlimited ins and outs and they're very fast at getting your vehicle to you. an extra STAR for having FREE COOKIES in the lobby!! YUMMMMM!!!
