  • I wrote a review of Maxim Properties several days ago, but Yelp removed my review. I think an honest detailed review of this company was a little too real for Yelp. So, they came up with some excuse to delete the review. This time I'll give just the bare basics. I'm sure a common sense reader can fill in the details for themselves. Maxim Properties is a house flipper, not a Realtor. We tried to buy a house directly from Maxim two times, the same house, two offers. We really like the house and it's in the right area of Las Vegas for us. We tried our best to buy this house, but we found it necessary to walk away both times. The last time we had to cancel the deal on the last day which cost us the appraisal and inspections that had been done and paid for. So, you draw your own conclusion on these Maxim Property people. What would it take to make you walk away like we did ?
