  • Just had the most awesome customer service experience with Amanda! I am currently in India and wanted to get a gift of chocolates delivered to my friend who is in Cleveland for work.... hmmm how could this be possible? I checked the standard gift delivery sites... they couldn't deliver in time. I gratefully stumbled upon Lilly's Chocolates site and wow - the quality looks amazing and delicious. So, I crossed my fingers hoping they could somehow hook a sister up with this request to deliver to my friend's hotel. Long story short, Amanda responded to my email quickly and they rocked it out! They have a courier service for downtown delivery for only $10 additional fee to my order. Priceless! It's bedtime here in India - and I'm going to sleep happy knowing that on the other side of the world, my dear friend is getting delicious handmade chocolates delivered to her with care. Thank you Amanda and team!!! Amazing service.
