  • I corresponded with Maurice by email and found his rates reasonable. He was patient and courteous. When he thought he had a replacement for my 42 year old latch, we set an appointment. He called when on the way and arrived on time. After over 26 years as a property manager, it takes a lot to impress me but I was amazed at how easily he popped the door and how quickly he replaced the rollers. The new latch wouldn't fit but Maurice ordered another and returned the next week to complete the job. He was on time again and did not charge a second trip charge. The door now moves so smoothly everyone is impressed and it no longer locks me out! I'd recommend Maurice to anyone.
