Was visiting colleagues in Brecksville on a business trip and they brought me to Austin's for lunch. When we got out of the car in the parking lot I could smell the BBQ-y deliciousness and was very excited!
I settled on the pulled pork sandwich (good) and the coleslaw (disappointing). Their homemade lemonade tasted like Mountain Dew so I needed it to be watered down - waaaaay to sweet for my taste, and I'm not quite sure if there was actual fresh lemon juice in it as I saw no pulp and it was greenish in tint. I'm a lemonade snob; I admit it.
The ambiance was great. Very nicely decorated and it wasn't crowded at all during peak lunch hours (which stinks for them, but was perfect for me as I am not a fan of noisy restaurants).
The service, on the other hand, was spectacular. Our waiter was incredibly proactive, accommodating, friendly and prompt. I was blown away by the service and wish we had more waiters like him in California!!
