  • I am a big fan of movie nights, and Cineplex at Yonge & Dundas always has the latest movies showing, whether you want to see a 3D or IMAX movie, or kick back in the VIP theatre with a beer. If you are a regular moviegoer, be sure to sign up for Scene and collect points. On Tuesdays, ticket prices are much lower but the crowds can be a bit overwhelming. I tend to get VIP tickets on Tuesdays to avail of the lower prices and assigned seating, but that's just me. While it's not as glamorous as the Cineplex Scotiabank Theatre, it's definitely one of the best theatres downtown. For some reason, I find that this theatre shows more of the latest movies than Scotiabank, but I'm not sure why.
