If there was NO stars they would receive that. One star is being generous; waitress couldn't understand enough English when we ordered salad and dressing on side.
Ordered jerky - talk about TOUGH CHEWY meat. My dog would like it. Both Chix and Beef salad very salty. Again beef was chewy. When I explained this to her she couldn't understand and laughed.
I know it's not her fault the food was bad or meat tough - it's the chef or owner who orders the meat.
However the owner should ensure if and when there is a problem their wait staff doesn't laugh and should get the manager involved.
She's lucky she even got a tip.
You don't laugh at customers when they are not happy.
