  • I brought my girlfriend for the first time to show her the way some great chocolate gets made in a factory, they give you a complimentary dark or milk chocolate coin when you enter and then you can observe the assembly line behind glass as they show the process of melting the chocolate and distributing it to the packages. You can take a chocolate tasting course for a price and the staff is very friendly. The chocolate itself is delicious, but is pretty pricey since Ethel M is such a respected brand, but it is worth the price once you bite into a fresh truffle of many different flavors. After visiting the chocolate gift shop, you can go outside and view the cactus garden featuring all the many different species of cactus growing in the Nevada desert and currently during the holidays, you can enjoy Christmas lights out in the garden when the sun goes down. It is recommended to check out if you are in the Henderson area or if you are a tourist looking for something new to observe off the Strip.
