  • Sent out by an insurance company to diagnose the problem with my pool they seemed more interested in trying to sell me a very expensive piece of equipment rather than deal with a simple problem that I was having. I have seen his responses to all the customers that complained about is firm and its handling of insurance claims. I fully agree with his responses some customers do not understand the terms of their agreements with their insurance companies. This is not the case with this review. I had a number of people look at this unit after they came to my property and all agreed that the technician from this firm and his analysis was dubious at best. I write fairly and honestly and and sensitive to small businessmen I would also recommend that the owner of this firm carefully consider his responses to people with complaints towards his firm. Rather than making the reviewer appear to be an idiot a response of " please let me contact you and discuss this matter" or" I personally would be happy to come out and look at your unit and discussed the issue and I'm sorry for your displeasure"..you wil get a lot more mileage with that type of response. Your technician was way off and may have cost of another person thousands of dollars. Thankfully I did not just fall off the apple cart and had the good sense to check with several other service providers. The problem is now fixed and it was fixed for a fraction of what your technician was trying to get out of me. The readings that they gave me for my pool water quite off as well in attempt to justify their position with regards equipment they were trying to sell me. I took samples of the water to leslies pool shop on 2 separate occasions 1. same day as your test and 2. 2 days later. I did this at 2 different stores. I was that they told they were a bit high but not even close to as high as your technician told me they were and according to for professionals not at levels that would cause the damage that your technician claimed. A warning to all. On all big ticket items make sure you get a 2nd and 3 rd opinion. I'm not sure if this was a technician hired by the company or the owner but I would not recommend this firm.
