  • Unfortunately my experience was not as great. The crew had to come back for a follow-up cleaning, and the counters were still left with some sort of build up on them. We ended up cleaning them ourselves. The owner was good about follow-up and even discounted the final invoice to make up for the inconvenience. I do appreciate the customer service and willingness to correct the problem.
