  • I am always impressed with the customer service I receive at LV. They offer you a beverage, thoroughly explain the product and create a warm and inviting environment to make a purchase. Recently my wife and I came into this store to "look" and sure enough, we left with a purchase. Our sales rep Christine went out of her way to help us showing everything we were interested in. She even called over a specialist to look at my wife's bag because parts of the bag was showing some ware and he said they would fix it free of charge. After our purchase she walked us to the door shoot our hands. Two days later she emails me a personal note to thank me again.
