  • Awful customer service!!! I was the first customer in the building because the appointment was at 8:15 and they said to come 30 minutes early. So I did, and needed a wheelchair so they said just to call when I got there and they would bring one. But they don't open till 8. So there I was at 7:45 with no one answering and having to walk while being unstable and in pain. Luckily they let me in early, 8 to 8:30, 7 ladies were talking about their personal life upfront, while my appointment was at 8:15. The front ladies are rude and I noticed as people started walking in they were rude to others too. Nice to know it wasn't just me.
