This review is for this particular store, not Cox in general (who would get a pretty low review from me).
After moving, my Cox bill was almost double the price I was promised when I established my new service. After several phone calls to Cox and at least an hour of my time, I had made no progress. I decided to visit this store as my last resort.
After walking in, I was immediately greeted by Michael who listened to my spiel (now perfected after having to explain to multiple billing reps). He quickly found the reason that the other reps were unable to get this fixed. After making the necessary updates, he gave me his email address and told me to reach out if I had any questions. About a week later I got a phone call follow-up from Michael to let me know that the changes were in effect and that I'd get a credit for an overpayment on my previous bill.
If I need to contact Cox in the future, my first choice will definitely be visiting this store rather than picking up the phone.
