  • So Disappointing! This store is in the most convenient spot, where tons of commuters pass by on their way to get to Hwy 51 to get to work anywhere in the valley. But so many problems! 1. As someone mentioned earlier, the bacon in the breakfast sandwich is almost non-existent. It's a paper-thin, tiny piece of bacon. Sandwich is fairly greasy, but other than that tasted OK. 2. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER! The young lady at the drive thru window was very nice and seemed to be truly trying to help me with my order. (Breakfast sandwich, coffee, and 2 donuts to take to friends at the office). But her manager just wanted to be horrible to everyone. I have several non-spill coffee mugs from various convenience stores and gas stations, and for at least a decade, I've always had them refilled at Dunkin, Starbucks, and convenient stores. I just rotate them and use whichever one is clean that day. The young lady went to fill my coffee mug (and save Dunkin the disposable cup), but her supervisor stopped her and told her she could only fill Dunkin cups! Weird, but I figured, OK, I don't mind having another non-spill cup. BUT then she couldn't sell me a cup at the drive thru! She told me her manager told her she could fill my cup this time, but that in the future, they couldn't fill any cup that didn't say Dunkin on it! Really! I don't write many reviews and have almost never, ever contacted a corporate office, but I actually went out to the web site and contacted corporate over this. Hopefully they'll retrain or replace the manager and allow people to be as helpful to customers as I can tell they want to be, given the wonderful attitude of the young lady at the window today!
