  • This is just a horrific place. Every time you go in there are a new set of cutters... For some reason they always quit or get transferred. You walk in and sometimes you are acknowledged, sometimes not... The last time I was in I was told someone would be right out. After waiting 10 minutes a woman reeking of cigarettes came out. She looked furious. She just said 'are you next?'. No hello or greeting of any kind. She asked how I wanted my hair and never said another word. She didnt thank me for coming in or say thank you for the $5 tip I gave on a cut that took 8 minutes and cost $17. Never going back - need to find a barber. Corporate needs to do some customer service training here.
