  • Located in Aria Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on the second level across from Marquee Nightclub. I would always pass by this place whenever I was in town. A look at their menu and it all sounded delicious, but the prices are more than what I would like to pay for a dish. So I would pass until this past weekend. I finally decided to treat myself at Holstein's because I had just finished the Las Vegas Rock n' Roll half marathon and I felt I deserved it! haha. I ordered the ahi poke and the Memphis bbq burger. The ahi poke was a small portion (we shared amongst 3 people), but I savored every bite of it. It was the freshest and tastiest poke I've had so far. The Memphis bbq burger was succulent and juicy. You really can't go wrong with bbq pulled pork and a burger patty sandwiched in between 2 buns. Something about their burger patty was different, yet delicious. OMG... I wish I could go back. lol Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Holstein's. I would definitely consider coming back to try other menu items.. if I don't spend all my money on gambling. haha
