  • Horrible horrible horrible. Got my nails done here with my sister. Four services in total- we were charged TWICE I paid with my card for all of them as a birthday treat for my sister. I went to the restroom- and my sister was charged also for the services. Not realizing we both were charged, we left. I went home and when my sister began complaining about her gel nails chipping after three days, I told her I would call them and either get my money back or have them fix them for her since I had paid. She then told me that she had paid too!! And so we realized we both paid for the services we received, I paid for both of ours and she paid for both of ours. THEY SCAMMED US! I tried calling my bank for a reversal, since they were paid in cash by my sister, but the salon lied, of course, and refused to give me back my money since I had signed the recipient UNKNOWING that they got paid. So we were wrongfully charged and left with gel nails that chipped within three days. Thanks a lot.
