  • This is an excellent neighbourhood restaurant for the Montgomery and Bowness area where fine dining is at a premium. Excellent food, service and atmosphere are evident each time we have eaten there. The Notable is a casual dining experience and unless you are having a major event plan on just walking in. Chances are you will be seated in less than 30 minutes. Reminds me of American restaurants in California where the food is dependable and good, the atmosphere is electric and the noise level is high, but refreshing. The menu isn't too busy, the ingredients are mostly local and everything we have had was cooked to perfection.
