  • Terrible, awful, no good customer service with the front desk staff. Called to make an appointment, 2 week wait, ok no problem. Called in a couple days prior to my appointment to verify time and address (as a first time patient there). Was given an address off of Shea/Scottsdale Rd. Arrived, no Scottsdale Primary to be found. Tried calling them, no answer or pick up. 10 minutes later, still no answer... Googled location, it's Miller and 2nd. Made the drive South, on hold entire time with no one picking up to even say please hold. Arrive at location and they've canceled my appointment since I was late without calling. Wouldn't see me even though there was only 1 person in the waiting room, so clearly not busy. Please note it was their staff that provided the wrong address and not even an apology. Rude, disorganized... good thing we're in a large city with lots of options. You should check out your other options before settling on this one.
