  • Max Insurance and very poor customer service. Doctors and staff act as if they are doing you favors! When looking for a dentist my family wants service and expertise, not someone telling us (me) what they are going to do. Specifically chose this dentist because they say they had people who spoke Mandarin (Chinese) as this is a necessity for my family and yet they have very limited (1 doctor). Doctor turned his back on me when consulting with my wife and the staff tried to tell me I needed more costly procedures when I had just been seen by experts at another and well respected dentist clinic, then they changed their prognosis when I informed them. Refused my previous medical records to xray and create their own (billing my insurance the max allowed). They max insurance and charge more...staff was joking around in front of me when I stated my wife was afraid of dentists (thinking I didn't hear them). Any office that operates thinking the customer does not have choices is ready to be unemployed. Would not recommend this place to anyone, with opinion, they are in it for dollars, not health and service no matter what their advertisements state. Even while in here the first time overheard two patients very upset concerning the billing and how they had felt deceived. Should have paid more attention but thought perhaps it was situational, second time experienced it for myself. With all the choices in Vegas, choose wisely. The office is a full dentistry office, if you don't mind being told how, when, what, and paying for the "what" regardless of your personal opinion, then this is the place for you.
