Rented a car on Costcotravel.com,a week ago which gave me the cheapest rates with a free additional driver. I checked in online and bypassed the kiosk and counter. Saved me a bundle of time. On the way to my hotel I get this call from Alamo's manager. The previous person who rented my vehicle thought she left a garage door opener in the Jeep (who brings something like that to Vegas?). We get to the hotel and search all over, but unfortunately no door opener. The manager gives me a call in a few minutes and I give her the bad news. She thanks me and tells me she will credit me $25 on my rental for looking for the opener. Woo hoo! My cheap rental just got cheaper. Bottom line is this. If I forgot something important in my rental, I'd like a rental company who would go out of their way to help me. Alamo, you are the BEST!
