rev:text	My Dyson products are great: they are powerful, easy to handle and pretty good looking too! I like Dyson's customer service as well: they're relatively easy to get hold off over the phone and they're very good at sending replacement parts. The longer than usual warranty on products affords great piece of mind. I am taking a star off because the manuals that accompany their products aren't the most helpful while assembling. I ended up breaking a part of the vacuum while trying to assemble it! Thankfully they're awesome and sent a replacement part immediately. With Dyson products one pays a premium price for premium product and service.
