  • Local resident and rider here, but first time using Flat Tire. Excellent service! After many, many miles and trails from Seattle to Flagstaff, my 15 year old Specialized Stumpjumper needed a proper tune up. I rolled my bike in, was completely informed of what my options was provided a date and pick up time for a few days later. Expecting to hear, "we will call you when it's ready"... I was pleased to get a more firm timeline. I let the guys know my next ride was not for a while and to take their time. Well... I got a call exactly when they promised and my bike was ready! Nice. Upon pick up, the mechanic came out who actually did the tune up and gave me a bit of info on what he found and details on what was involved. As the guy that HAD been taking care of of this bike for so many years, this was important to me. I will be back and likely be upgrading beyond my 'vintage' mountain bike to one of their killer Salsa rides in the near future.
