  • Excellent! The owner's elderly mother often sits in a booth near the door and greets you with a sweet smile and a "wai". Beautiful and oh-so charming. And then you dine... I've grown tired of being disappointed by highly-touted Chinese restaurants in The Valley that don't stack up, so I've begun seeking out Thai restaurants instead and have found my favorite. I've dined at Mint Thai almost a dozen times without being disappointed. I love spicy, and boy, do they know how to do spicy! Can't think of a lunch or a dinner that wasn't perfect.
