  • I was walking into the MGM with my family, and BAM! - we came across Project Pie. It's discretel hidden as you walk into the casino from the parking lot, in an area with random shops that do not seem to get much foot traffic. If you have ever eaten at a Blaze Pizza, the concept is the same, build your own pie. You can either create a pizza with your desired topping, or go with one of their recommended combinations. I followed the recommendation of Kyle F (Yelp reviewer), the #5 - Mozzarella, Ricotta, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, Cracked Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Garlic, and fresh chopped Basil (white Pizza), but with no additions, it was delicious! The style is a nice thin/crisp crust pizza with great flavor. We got 2 personal pies to feed the family, and it was enough for lunch, for dinner we might have gone with 3. They also have speciality sodas you can buy, or get a cup and use their soda machine. The actual location is great to sit and eat, no table service, you order from the counter and then sit at your desired spot.
