  • Went to get a haircut at the salon. Here is the interaction with the "staff". It's 8 o'clock on a Saturday night. Me - " two mens cuts please" Them - "we're actually closing up right now" Me - "even though the website says 9" Them - "yeah with how slow it's been and the store hours were going to close." Me - "whatever" as I walk away Them - "mumble" This is why most department stores are being forced to close. No one cares about customer service.
