  • I walked in looking to get a suit and two shirts dry cleaned on a Monday morning. Two employees were in the process of ironing shirts. "Customer," Employee 1 said to Employee 2. Employee 2 proceeded to look up and stare at me, before going back to ironing his shirt. At this point, I proceeded to turn around and leave the store. I must have been standing there for five minutes total. I wound up finding a place downtown, which not only had a drive-thru, but much better customer service. Maybe I caught them on an off-day, but very few times have I been at a place of business and ignored by the employees.
