  • I've been here twice, I've given this place a few chances, but I don't think I'll be returning. The first time I came in I asked for a pedicure and gel polish on my hands. No manicure. After my pedicure the lady started massaging my hands and painting my nails with regular polish, when I told her I wanted gel I was sent to someone else, who gave me another massage and gel. During that time I told him I didn't want a manicure, only the gel polish. I was charged for a manicure anyway. Second try I asked for the same thing, I had the same lady as before. During my pedicure she asked me 5 SEPARATE TIMES, no exaggeration, if I wanted a manicure for my hands. Each time I politely told her no. As I was getting my hands done the guy again asked me if I wanted a manicure, when I told him no he continued to tell me the reasons why I should get one. NO AGAIN. This last time my roommate wanted to go so I went again, just decided to get a pedicure and a manicure to save me the hassle. Each time I leave with nails that aren't terrible, but also not the best. Small things like my nails being slightly uneven or when I get dark polish you can see through it in some places, or one hands nails being longer than the others. Things that nobody else would notice but I do. Good place for a quick pamper, but get ready to be upsold!
