  • It's so refreshing to finally find an AC company that CARES about their customers. Anytime I call the office they are more than willing to help me and answer any questions I have. They are always willing to work with my schedule and get me in at a time that works for me, which is huge since I work crazy hours! The technicians have always been on time, and are just as wonderful as the office staff. They explain the "techy" stuff in a way I can understand and they don't try to push a bunch of things I don't need, like some other companies I have used do! I will continue to use AC by J for my air conditioning and plumbing needs!
