  • I used to go to Autobell to get my car washed because I just moved to NC and had no where to wash my car...I heard a lot of good things about them. After my 3rd wash, I was very unhappy. They sprayed something on all my windows and they didn't clean it off. With 100 degree heat, it dried on the glass. I went back to get it washed again, same thing happened. I washed my car with dawn soap and a sponge to get the dried product off my car and after I was done, every window had horrible scratches on it and they all have to be replaced..not everyone has the money for that. I have detailed cars all my life and I know how to clean windshields. I have taken a razor blade and a steel brush to windows and they do not scratch them...but a sponge?!?! I went and talked to the manager and they were really rude and said I scratched my own car...of course they would say that. I will never go back here.
