  • About two months ago I took my vehicle here for an oil change. I agreed to allow them to do a complete check as well. I dropped my truck off in the morning and told them I had to pick up my daughter at 4:00 so I would be back around 3:00 to pick it up. The employee informed me that it would be no problem at all. So when I arrived at 3:00 I was informed that they had a problem with the lug nut on one of my tires and that it was stripped and they were waiting for a new one to arrive shortly. I waited for 45 mins for it to arrive. The new one arrived and after another 10 mins the manager came in and informed me that this was a cheap lug nut and it had also been stripped to the point where they couldn't put it on my truck at all. So at this point I decided I would rather drive without the lug nut then wait for them to figure out how to fix it. They didn't offer to reimburse me for the damaged lug nut or give me a credit or anything. At this point I decided that I wouldn't be going back. Over the last few months I had actually contemplated going back anyway because it is right by my work and would be very convenient to have repairs done for me while I'm working. Then tonight I got a screw in my front tire (the opposite tire then the one they had stripped the lug nut on). So I went to change my tire and low and behold I discovered they had accomplished stripping every single lug nut on both of my front tires.....seriously?! You have TIRE PROS in your name and you managed to strip all of the lug nuts on BOTH of my front tires. Not only did you do this but you acted totally miffed by the fact that it had happened and claimed that the new lug nut that you then stripped must have been a cheap part. How about your techs learn how to do a very basic task without destroying parts. As I was sweating my @ss off and trying with no success to get the lug nuts off I decided that no matter what I would never return to your shop.
