  • I'm staying at the M again this weekend, and I am surprised at how many things have gone wrong, primarily in the electronics of the hotel. My TV keeps cutting off the current program and bringing me back to the main menu, my phone system isn't working properly, which means I have to sometimes use my own mobile phone to call for room service, and the Bose radio won't bring in reception without a ton of static, and it has no iPod connection. I also had to field a numerous interruptions when I decided to extend my stay. I was proactive and re-booked the room for one more night, and even called down to the front desk to let them know. But that message didn't seem to get passed on. Also, don't order the Chicken Tenders from room service, it was awful.
